Message:Hello Roger and Arnie.
I just picked up (April 23, 2008) three of the Clowns by Michele, framed. I believe they are copies, reprints or some type of recreation, but they are beautiful with vivid colors. I pulled one out of it's frame to get a better look at the paint and finish. The texture of the paper it was printed on gives a glossy and textured look to the piece. The paper also has a thin gold border going around the painted area. All three are signed "Michele", but I believe the signature is part of the recreation of the piece. The three I have are:
1. Smiling Clown with Green Hair mostly orange and some yellow in the background
2. Smiling Clown with Blue Cap/Hat, Big Blue Bow tie and yellow in background
3. Somewhat Frowning Clown with oversized jacket w/Red Tie & Green/Blue Bolo Hat

I was first wondering what you thought these might be worth and secondly, would Arnie be interested in them as they sound similar to the ones he had as a child?
