Message:	The Walrus and the Hedgehog will be returning for Saturdays event and here is their menu. Wild Mushroom Melt: Wild Mushrooms from LA Funghi, bell peppers, onions and Swiss on hoagie.  (can be made vegan if the Swiss is taken off). Denver Melt: house cured ham, bell pepper, onion and Swiss on a hoagie. Breakfast Burrito; Bean salad, eggs, cheese, pico and guacamole (optional add House Cured Bacon). Ham and Brie Sandy: Small sandwich on French Baguette. Sprouted Sandwich: Seminavi micro greens, pickled red onion, hummus and cucumber on wheat bread.
