Message:	I have been attempting to register with your group, but unfortnately I am unable to do so.  I can not get any further along the registration process apart from the first and last name screen. I have also attempted to send a message detailing this via the email link, but again unfortunately, an error message stating "access denied" also keeps appearing after I hit the send message button.   Anyone, Please Advise Susan
