Message:	Description of the Art – Project – 2004: “United Art against poverty” Under this motto we plan to create an online and offline group artwork. Our goal is to unite artists and people who are enthusiastic about art, online into a growing painting and to donate the proceeds from a later auction to a charitable cause. Send “your Image” to the gallery Nordhof and to several of your artist friends and stimulate them in this way to participate in our project. Thus this work is permanently continued and will grow to a size that is still unforeseeable today. We, the gallery “NordHof”, track the path of this artwork and exhibit the current result here. We will end this project on December 31st, 2004. Until then the project has been a virtual one and will now become a concrete and complete artwork. The images you mailed in will be enlarged to a size of 30 x 30 cm and printed on a banner. For the year 2005 we prepare a traveling show through approx. 50 German cities, the center of which forms this banner. The proceeds from this show and from the final auction of the entire group work serve the benefit of the community will help relieve the poverty in one part of our world. Throughout the year we will report extensively at this place about the details of the aid program we decide to support. To encourage you to participate, we will publish a separate catalogue as a book. In this printed work, which will accompany the exhibition and will also be available for sale, we will draw attention to you as a person, to your art and of course especially to the piece of art that you contributed. Thus your participation guarantees germanwide publicity. Send your image in jpeg-format with at least 300 x 300 pixels via email to galerienordhof@aol.com . Please state the title of the picture, your name, email address as well as your street address. We will contact you for further details for the catalogue. State which placement you wish for your picture in our group artwork and mention, whether we are allowed to publish your data on this page. Once all black and white fields are filled in, the work will be continued in horizontal and vertical direction.
