Subject:	Artist-Painter: J. Petre { I want info. about this artist}
Message:	I would like any  information about an artist named: J.PETRE.This artist work was of a "Fantasy-type"theme.He or she painted with either Oil paints or Acrylics.His/her work was seen in poster form. This artist always signed their work with a copyright icon next to name.I've seen this artist work on posters and wooden plaques,of course the art was printed & mass produced at the time.I had a poster by this artist back in the mid 80s of a "Fallen Angel"on a white Pegasus horse being bound up with vines breaking through the desert ground.It was a great poster.He/She  must have passed away because you don't see his/her work anymore.This artist also had another picture that I recall of a caveman in a  setting that looked like future earth in ruins with large buildings in the background that looked like they've been blown up.If anyone can help me with any info. about this artist,please contact me.I want to purchase this artist prints,posters,etc.I use to see this artist work in print back in  the 70s and early 80s.Havn't seen any new work by this artist since.
