They then moved to the house on Killbeary, then to Burton Ave, then an apartment on Bloor. The last we herd was that they had a daughter and moved to either the USA or to his wife's home land of Spain. If I remember correctly the print that looks like a morning scene is called MISTY. Lajo also used to do his work with pallet knife which is why his paintings had a very rough texture to them. Thats about all I and my mom can remember. I don't know if any of you have ever heard of the artist Alvin S. English. I can't seem to find anything on the internet about him. If anybody has heard of him and is interested in a print or original please feel free to contact me, my mom is planning to move soon and can't take all the paintings with her. Keep in touch.
