  Hi Marcel Bolli.
Good luck with your new online gallery.
Your question about buying art directly from the net is a quite relevant
question i our time and very important for the nearest future. I am an
elder artist with many years of experience, also as gallery owner, and I
believe in the modern way of introducing ones art works via the Internet.
But I also think there´ll go some time, probably still some years, before
potential buyers of art will buy art spontaneous from the net.
Online gallery is like a catalogue and pleasant to look in privacy when
time is suitable. And the representation of art works on the net is a very
welcome opportunity for artists as well as for visitors and buyers.
Because art is not like any dayly consumer goods, art have to be seen in
real before buying a piece of perhaps expensive and good quality of art,
for the purpose of making the art visible, on the wall or floor, for many
years for few or for many people with different taste.
I have some ideas about special galleries in the future for art from the
Internet galleries, in a different way from traditional, commercial galleries,
so the prizes could be more fair, both for artists and for many more buyers.
The World is always open for good art, but there´ll be more and more artists
as well as there´ll be created millions of more pieces or art.

Best regards from Dan Civa, Danish painter
